A: Log in at learn.colorvowel.com, then go to My Dashboard. There, you will find the Premium Access Community card. Click on the card to enter the community.
Q: I've never used Zoom before. Is it hard?
A: For anyone new to Zoom, the experience is as simple as 1) opening Karen's email; 2) clicking on the link for the session you want. It's important that you check for and open Karen's emails leading up to the conference; this will help ensure that you receive our important 'day-of' email messages once the conference begins!
Q: Do I need to download Zoom to attend?
A: Yes and no. You can join from the Zoom desktop or mobile app, or through your browser. We recommend participating from a desktop computer for the best experience.
Q: Will there be technical support if I have trouble logging in? UPDATED
A: Yes... and no. We are already committed to using the simplest, most accessible technology available -- namely, Zoom. Beyond that, we are providing our technical support in advance -- by providing you with information and support videos. If you consider yourself 'tech challenged', we recommend you ask a family member or friend to help you with getting online during the conference. (Tip: Receiving our emails is central to accessing the conference. If you haven't received an email confirming your registration, you should look for it now. Check your 'spam' and other filters. Then take steps to make sure that you see our future emails.)
