In celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Color Vowel® Chart, we’re hosting a live, in-person conference on April 5 and 6, 2024 at the Planet Word museum in Washington, DC. The theme of the conference is Promoting Accent Equity and Instructional Excellence. 

Our aim is to bring English language educators together around the themes of accent equity  and instructional excellence to connect teachers, raise awareness, and foster a greater understanding of how accent equity is a viable and valuable component of using the Color Vowel® Approach. These goals seem to be more relevant today than ever before. 

Participants will include community-based volunteers, community college instructors, program administrators, online tutors, YouTube stars, and K-12 teachers sharing their own ideas and eager to learn new strategies and techniques. Color Vowelists who have been working together for years (decades, even) will finally get to meet in person! We're expecting educators from as far away as the UK, China, and Japan to join us at what is always a beautiful time of year here in DC.

Levels of Sponsorship

Chose from three levels of sponsorship for individuals and/or organizations: GREEN TEA sponsorship for $1000, PURPLE SHIRT sponsorship for $750, and BLUE MOON sponsorship for $500. Sponsorships are subject to final details outlined in the signed sponsorship agreement. ELTS reserves the right to decline a potential sponsor for any reason, including, but not limited to, a mission that is not consistent with ELTS' mission or business practices.

Conference Morning Meet & Greet - $1500

On each day of the conference, the morning Meet & Greet brings together conference attendees for coffee, croissants, and the chance to connect with other Color Vowelists. Sponsoring this event will give you an opportunity to show your support from the beginning before attendees head to the opening sessions. Four sponsorships (two for each day) are available and include the following benefits:

• 2 full-conference registrations
